Having competed in over 12 contests over the past 8 years and placing in the top 5 nationally 3 times in his respective weight classes, Tim knows what it takes to to get in peak condition. He gained his knowledge from working with and learning from the best in the industry including IFBB pro George Farah, Dave Palumbo, and IFBB pro Mike Francois.

Off- Season Prep
Duration: 16 weeks
Includes: Tim will custom design a regimen to include a nutritional plan, training routine, and supplementation regimen all geared towards making you bigger WHILE keeping your bodyfat levels at a minimum. Learn how to bulk THE RIGHT WAY. The focus is on adding quality mass, not just weight in terms of fat and excessive water..if you want to grow then let me show you how to...the right way!

Includes: Tim will get help you tie everything together during that crucial last week before a contest, photo shoot, or other event in which you would like to "peak" for. Once again this is customized not a cookie cutter program!

Customized Year Round
Nutrition/Training Program
Duration: 12 months
Includes: This is a unique program geared towards most anyone who would like to get in the best shape of their lives. It includes unlimited email access to Tim, as well as via phone and text. He will change your diet up as your body changes and always make sure you are making progress! It is set up for a year, yet the payment is based on a monthly fee, so theoretically you can go as long as you like. For less than it costs to hire a personal trainer per month you can have access to Tim's knowledge and get on the fast track to success!
