Tim Rice is a nationally competitive NPC bodybuilder, as well as a sponsored athlete with Optimum Nutrition/American Bodybuilding.  He has been competing now for almost 10 years and has worked with over a hundred individuals over the years, helping them to obtain their fitness and bodybuilding goals.  He takes great pride in his work and makes sure that each and every one of his athletes/clients walks away satisfied and is in much better shape than when they came to him.

• 2007 NPC Rochester: 1st place MW
• 2007 NPC Junior Nationals: 4th place MW
• 2008 NPC Junior USAs:10th place LHW
• 2008 NPC Junior Nationals: 5th place LHW
• 2009 IFBB North Americans:11th place LHW
• 2009 NPC Ohio State Bodybuilding: 1st place LHW
• 2010 NPC USA Championships: 11 th place LHW

In addition to the above accomplishments, Tim also holds a B.S. in Marketing from Wright State University and has been certified as a fitness trainer via I.S.S.A. since 1998.
